This site has been developed to highlight issues of linguistic diversity and discrimination, particularly in relation (but not limited) to higher education. It highlights our current research projects here at Waipapa Taumata Rau/University of Auckland, and those of our international colleagues, working on these issues.
This sign at our university focuses on equity concerns. However, like a lot of higher education equity policies, it ignores language, which is why we have added it here to highlight this gap.
